Community Mentorship office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) provides Direct Support Services, such as Companion Care and In-Home and Community Based Services, to IDDs in Pennsylvania. We take a person-centered approach to the delivery of our services – our plans are developed to fit the needs of each individual. We recognize that each person we assist has talents, skills, interests, and needs that are unique to them. We pride ourselves on the relationships we develop with families, friends, and those we served.

The mission of Community Mentorship is to help people with disabilities engage more fully in life’s opportunities, to provide employment and training opportunities for people with disabilities, and to support and promote the overall health and well-being of people by helping them understand, manage, and overcome problems.
