Community Mentorship combines evidence-based interventions with compassionate family engagement to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across all stages of life. We embrace positive Behavioral Interventions and Support/Informed Care approach to treatment – promoting a positive, proactive approach for teaching skills in a variety of safe and supportive environments.
Inclusion Matters
Our services are designed to benefit participants who are 18 years of age and older as they explore options for making connections to their community and work towards realizing their hopes and dreams. With Community Mentorship, individuals will have the opportunity to live in a home and be active members of their community. Individuals will receive assistance as needed in developing their skills as well as medical monitoring and interventions from professionals.
